Went to Chuan Yi Pin (opposite Bugis Junction) for steamboat buffet last Fri to celebrate Lydia and Jolene's birthday. The place is really crowded and we were eating in the basement.If you ask me was the food nice? I simply don't know how to answer that as we just wanted to finish the dinner and get out of the place ASAP.

WHY? Because the ventilation in the basement is so bad or should I say there's no ventilation? Nearly suffocated to death:p We might have enjoyed the steamboat if not for the poor ventilation.....

Mastering the ART of ..............

1. 灵魂出跷
2. yawning without opening your mouth
3. pretending to be attentive
4. trying hard to be interested in the topic

during the 1 1/2 hrs of preaching, story telling ......... tried really hard to master all of the above. BUT, it's really difficult as:

1. the stories ah siow have heard not once, twice, thrice, but MANY MANY MANY TIMES
2. the stories are really BORING
3. the story teller simply doesn't interests me

I suspect too much nodding has caused my headache!!! ahhhh, i have more boring stories to listen to till next week :-(

Yooohoooo, we've finally decided on our farm stay in Tasmania - Horse Haven . I'm already dreaming the 4 of us riding the horses along the bushes and enjoying the coffee and home made muffin in the cold weather!!!! ahhhh when is August coming!!!!!!

Miracle Lotion ???

ah siow went to see skin specialist few weeks ago for treating her sensitive and allergic itchy face, to her horror the night serum lotion costs $80!!! Just look at how small the bottle is, every drop is PRECIOUS........so far so good...but, I'm still waiting for the miracle!!!

Recovering......SOOOON?

Day 13th of my swollen foot, the swelling has subsided tremendously but the oorrr ceys are still there!!! I'm still amazed how walking can cause such serious injury ???......hmmmm.....

Freycinet

The photos look nice har? But heard that the actual beach isn't that beautiful afterall ... so....hmmmm......... thinking..thinking....

Curringa Farm

It looks like a great choice for farmstay (based on the photos), but seems like it's fully booked....sad :-( no fate!!!!!

Horse-Haven Farmstay

Horsehaven farmstay only has a farm cottage a bit small but very cosy and homely. The Horsehaven farmstay has loads of animals, especially horses. Two very cheeky but cuddly and friendly milking goats and some VERY FRIENDLY DOGS who love a PAT and a PLAY.

Note: seems like a good choice to experience simple lifestyle.....BUT ah siow is really scared of dogs, esp FRIENDLY DOGS ..... oooppppps ... hmmmmm ......:p

Told siowzarbor that the ooorrr cey aka bruises spread to even my toes, she .... taught me to bandage up my ankle so as not to frighten my colleagues... ..... *_* ..... Ahhhhhhhhhhhh.. faint...
